Welcome to Oceanos Therapy. My name is Deniz Uyanik, and I am a BACP-registered psychotherapist. I offer online therapy services where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. Oceanos Therapy provides support for a variety of conditions, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, relationship issues, or any other challenges for adults. You can also check out specialized mental health support for LGBTQI+ individuals. Many of our service users also rated Oceanos Therapy; you can find independent reviews through this link or book an online session on an interactive calendar with ease.

Oceanos Therapy also offers free content for service users. You can download helpful therapy tools such as thought record, behavioural experiment form, therapy agreement, and therapy dream journal. Check the ever-growing articles library, which has over 200 articles and information about therapy, disorders, approaches, concepts, and theories.
